Public Consultation on Draft SHANTI Rules and Draft SHANTI Regulations
Suggestions and feedback from stakeholders, industry representatives, institutions, experts, and members of the public are invited on the following draft documents.

The draft documents are being placed in the public domain for consultation. Interested persons and organisations are requested to examine the relevant draft document and submit their suggestions and feedback in the respective prescribed format.

Important Information
- Suggestions and feedback may be submitted by stakeholders, industry, institutions, experts and members of the public.
- Suggestions and feedback should preferably be submitted using the respective prescribed format.
- The Format for Suggestions and Feedback – Draft SHANTI Rules should be used for comments on the Draft SHANTI Rules.
- The Format for Suggestions and Feedback – Draft SHANTI Regulations should be used for comments on the Draft SHANTI Regulations.
- Suggestions and feedback should clearly indicate the relevant Rule, Regulation or Clause.
- Respondents are requested to provide their name/organisation and contact details in the prescribed format.
- The appropriate suggestions and feedback received will be considered while finalising the respective Rules and Regulations.
- Submission of suggestions or feedback does not confer any right on the respondent or obligate the Department to accept or incorporate any particular suggestion.
- Suggestions and feedback received after 8:00 PM on 04 September 2026 may not be considered.
