Department of Atomic Energy gears up for Special Campaign 4.0
The Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) has initiated the preparatory phase of Special Campaign 4.0. All the Constituent Units/Public Sector Undertakings/Aided Institutions of DAE have been instructed to nominate Nodal Officers in their respective Units/PSUs/AIs to monitor the progress regarding Special Campaign 4.0. Units/PSUs/AIs have been instructed to identify realistic targets for making the Special Campaign 4.0 a huge success.
During the period November 2023- August 2024, DAE has reviewed 20480 files total 11120 files have been weeded out during the same period. A revenue of Rs 2,49,05,142/- was generated. A Beach Trek Route Clean-Up Programme to create mass awareness to conserve coastal ecology was organized by Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC), a Constituent Unit of DAE during the month of December 2023. Efforts are being made by the Department to adopt new and best practices for Special Campaign 4.0
