Press Information Bureau (PIB) Statement Department of Atomic Energy looking forward to Special Campaign 6 with zeal and enthusiasm
Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) has maintained the spirit of Special Campaign 5.0 through its efforts in sequel to Special Campaign 4.0, which was initiated from December-2025. All the Constituent Units/Public Sector Undertakings/Aided Institutions of the Department have been working towards sequel to Special Campaign.
During Sequel to Special Campaign 5.0, from December-2025 to July-2026, DAE has conducted 92 Cleanliness Campaigns, reviewed 82901 files and weeded out 82002 files. DAE has also disposed 1226 Public Grievances and 159 Public Grievances Appeals during the period. Revenue amounting to more than Rs. 4 crores has been generated through disposal of scrap and space of about 8882 Sq. ft has been freed up.
Now, DAE is gearing up and looking forward to Special Campaign 6. Department has instructed all its Constituent Units/Public Sector Undertakings/Aided Institutions to actively participate in Special Campaign 6, give wide publicity to the Campaign through Social media and adopt innovative ideas with regard to ‘Best Practices’.
For the preparatory phase of the Campaign, from 15th September to 30th September, 2026, Department has instructed its Constituent Units/Public Sector Undertakings/ Aided Institutions to set targets so that the same can be achieved during the Implementation Phase from 02nd October to 31st October, 2026.
The Department shall strive hard to make Special Campaign 6 a huge success.
